We strongly promote safe cycling. Ride participants are expected to obey all traffic laws and show courtesy to other riders and motorists. Riders younger than 16 years are welcomed when accompanied by a parent or guardian. For lots of great bicycle safety information, check out these links.
There is a list of Ride Start Locations with directions to the ride starts, if you don't know where to go. Ride Categories describe the pace of Frederick Pedalers club rides.
