2007 Club Picnic
Another perfect day for the annual Frederick Pedalers club picnic. A bit on the hot
side but still not hot enough that many people took a dip in the pool. Many thanks
again to our gracious hosts Serge and Joan for their wonderful hospitality.
George Ruszat, Chuck Wilson and Jim Ogle prepare for the C/B ride
Glenn Angus joined us all the way from Severn, MD
Vicki and Bill Smith preparing for tandemania
They'd barely gotten out on the road when they needed a break - what a bunch of wussies
Stoker-cam catches the jersey twins Terry and Betsy in action
Bill gets all artsy-fartsy with a cool pic of George during a break in New Windsor
Meanwhile, back at Chateau Rouselle-Wicks, the D ride hits the road
How cool is it to have horses grazing in your front yard ?
Relaxing under the apple tree after a beautiful day's ride
So how hot was the grill ?
So hot, it melted off one side of the burger tongs . . .
So hot, it made you yearn for a nuclear winter . . .
So hot, it made the surface of the sun seem like a walk in the park . . .
So hot, Bill Smith's new nickname is 'Bald Knuckle Bill'
So hot, we saw a robin dipping it's worm in Nestea (thanks Johnny!)
Too bad cyclists just don't know how to relax and have a good time
