Utica Park Rides
Wednesday night rides are out of Utica Park and range from 15 to 30 miles.
- A 24 mile ride from Utica Park that goes up to Legore Bridge. Map for the ride. Submitted by Mike Procario.
- A 20 mile ride from Utica Park that goes as far north as Roddy Road and Apples Church Road. Map for the ride. Submitted by Mike Procario.
- A 20 mile ride from Utica Park that crosses Route 15 and goes to Putman Road. It crosses back at Catoctin Furnace and goes north to Kelleys Store before returning.

- A 22 mile ride from Utica Park that goes north to Kelleys Store then over to the section of Wilhide Road paved in 2009 and then over to Glade. Map for the ride. Submitted by Mike Procario.
- A 19.5 mile ride that wanders to the north of Utica Park without getting very far the park. Submitted by Mike Procario
- An 18.5 mile ride that takes the roads we used to use from Glade Elementary School. Submitted from Mike Procario
- An 18 mile ride that heads straight up Old Frederick Road. Submitted by Bill Smith.
- An 19 mile ride that heads straight up Old Frederick Road and then up Graceham. Submitted by Bill Smith.

- A 19 mile ride that heads to the north east and crosses MD 194 before returning to the park. It is slightly hilly but should be fine for most C riders. Submitted by Harry DeMoll.

- A 18 mile ride that is another variation of the previous two rides with fewer hills. Submitted by Bill Smith.

Rides out of Whittier Elementary School
- Approximately a Straight Shot to Emmitsburg

An easy 48-mile ride, except when the wind is strong, to Emmitsburg
from Frederick. Ride starts from Whittier Elementary School.

53 miles over rolling terrain, except in the New Market
Area. Steep short hills in the New Market area before
returning to rolling terrain. Ride starts from Whittier
Elementary School.
- Somewhere Over the Western Rainbow Lies Hagerstown

67 miles over very hilly terrain. Four mountain passes
(two each way). Eighteen miles of flat terrain. Ride

Rides out of Lewistown Elementary School
- Pick Your Distance

A fun figure-eight ride starting from Lewistown Elementary School
that travels a 7 mile loop out and back to the start, then
another 5 mile loop in a different direction. You can ride just the 7 or do the
entire 12 if you're feeling frisky. Relatively mild terrain for Frederick County.

- Easy Covered Bridges

A rolling 33 mile ride that takes you through all three of the historic covered
bridges in Frederick County.
Rides Out of Orchard Grove Elementary School
These rides head south of town. They can be a nice change of pace for people who always go north.
- Jefferson-Adamstown-Buckeystown

The city is expanding out into the farming country but in 2010 you can still get out into the country by riding just a few miles. Suitable for a summer evening ride.
Rides Out of Woodsboro Community Park
- Recovery Ride

You don't have to be in recovery to enjoy this relatively easy
43 mile, mid-county spin, but it couldn't hurt.
Ride starts from Woodsboro Community Park. Not many stores so pack some food.
- The 2002 Century Ride was out of Woodsboro Community Park and had 49, 66 & 100 Mile Loops
Rides Out of Glade Elementary School
- Covered Bridges Get Stoned

Legore Stone Arch Bridge thrown in for good measure.

Rides Out of Monocacy Middle School
Start inside the city but get out to the country quickly. Longer rides have to cross Route 15.

28, 43, 69, 95 and 114 miles.
- Antietam
