The Frederick Pedalers Bicycle Club

Cycling through Utica Covered Bridge in Frederick County, Maryland

Located next to the Appalachian mountains in central Maryland, Frederick County offers some of the best cycling in the country with rural roads, covered bridges and a variety of terrain.

The Frederick Pedalers Bicycle Club is a non-profit organization run by volunteers. We offer rides of all classes in and around the area. The Pedalers are primarily a road cycling club, but we occasionally have rides on the C&O towpath or other trails around the area. In addition, to leading rides the Pedalers offer cycling classes, conduct bicyle advocacy, and participate in the county's Adopt-a-Road program.
